Hi, I'm Kiersten Moreno. I'm an obstetrician/gynecologist and I work at Independence Women's Clinic.

I really love being able to take care of women. I think it's a special population and it can be a little bit tricky to navigate. I appreciate that women let me into their lives in order to help them navigate that process.

I think most of the issues that women face can really take a toll on their day-to-day life. They can really be going through a lot and no one knows or understands why because it's not a topic they're going to discuss. So I really enjoy being able to help them through that so that they can go back to living their life the way that they wanted to.

I want patients to feel comfortable. I want them to feel like they can tell me anything and that they know that relationship is confidential. I'm here to listen to them and to help them; not to place judgement or put my views and beliefs on them. I'm simply here to help them navigate whatever situation it may be whether a pregnancy, or cancer diagnosis, or just a problem, or even just a family or relationship issue. I'm here for any of those things.
