Dr. Coles L’Hommedieu, an orthopedic surgeon with Premier Care Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, a division of Signature Medical Group in St. Louis, Missouri, has completed three medical mission trips to Belize. “Their expectations are quite different there and they’re also very grateful for the simplest of care,” he explains.
