Steps to a Successful Telehealth Appointment
Many of the Signature Medical Group providers are using doxy.me telehealth appointments as an alternative to in-clinic appointments. Below is a step by step guide to access your scheduled video appointment. This is only for confirmed telehealth appointments. Please contact your provider's office to determine if a telehealth appointment is appropriate for you.
How to check-in for your scheduled doxy.me telehealth video appointment:
- Use a computer or device with a camera and microphone such as a PC, Mac, Android or iPhone.
- Enter the doxy.me URL into the browser. (This URL is provided to you by your provider's office.)
- Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone.
- Type in your name and click Check In.
- You will be placed in a waiting room until your provider starts your visit.

- Make sure you have a good internet connection
- Restart your device before the visit
- Test your camera and microphone from the waiting room
