At Signature Medical Group we want your transition to our team to be as seamless and pleasant as possible. Upon the start of your career, you will be guided by your manager or another experienced professional through an array of practical, on-the-job training and introductory courses and tools to ensure that you have the opportunity to learn and grow appropriately.
Upon your arrival, you will complete all new hire paperwork and begin your orientation process with your supervisor. This may include a tour and introductions to employees at your worksite, completion of online courses, onsite training to computer systems and tools required to complete your job duties. You will be assigned to well-trained peers to complete your job specific orientation. Our goal is to ensure that we provide you the tools and training to allow you to be successful.
