As CFO, Lisa Hearn oversees all financial operations of Signature Medical Group as well as the Central Business Office and Human Resources. She has been with the company since November 2017, previously serving as Assistant CFO.
Prior to Signature, Hearn served as the CFO of Epworth Children & Family Services, Inc., overseeing the accounting, human resources, IT and facilities operations of the agency. While at Epworth, Lisa spearheaded the renovation project for the new Drop-In Center, geared towards providing services for homeless and runaway youth. She also directed the rollout of the IT consulting services arm of the agency, oversaw the development of the internal intranet site, enhanced the budgeting process to encompass all programs, and fostered transparency through communication and providing financial reports across all programs.
Prior to Epworth, Hearn was Revenue Accounting Manager at Perficient, Inc, responsible for reporting and analysis of all revenue streams.
Lisa became involved with CHADS Coalition (www.chadscoalition.org) in 2008. CHADS offers Signs of Suicide®, Family Support, and Social Emotional Well-being programs to advance the awareness and prevention of depression and suicide. She spearheaded volunteer coordination for many years, eventually joining the board in 2016. Lisa is currently the Board Treasurer, chair of the IT Committee and also serves on the Finance Committee for the organization. She also co-chairs their annual trivia night, one of the largest in the St. Louis area.
Lisa has a BS in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and is a licensed CPA. +
