Andrew D. Schwartzkopf serves as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Signature Medical Group, a multispecialty medical practice comprised of more than 75 multi-specialty private-practice physicians, providing orthopedic, OB/GYN, general surgery, allergy, pediatric, colorectal surgery and rehabilitation services in the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan areas.
Andrew manages all of Signature’s legal matters which frequently involve issues regarding health law, employment law, contract law, and mergers and acquisitions. He is an active member of the American Health Law Association and the St. Louis Health Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Signature, Andrew had extensive experience handling complex litigation cases in Missouri and Illinois. He has served as an arbitrator for the Mandatory Arbitration Program for the Third Judicial Circuit (Madison County, IL) for over 15 years.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, and obtained his J.D. and B.S.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Tulsa. +
