Signature Orthopedics, a division of Signature Medical Group, is pleased to welcome Dr. Terrence L. Piper to the practice this January. He will be practicing at a new Signature Orthopedics location in St. Peters.
Dr. Piper received his medical degree at Saint Louis University before completing his residency and internship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He has practiced orthopedic spine surgery in the St. Louis and St. Peters, Mo. areas for decades, founding St. Peters Bone & Joint Surgery in 1980. He went on to establish Piper Spine Care in 2008 before joining Signature Orthopedics in 2021.
“I pride myself on spending considerable time with each patient,” Dr. Piper says. “My goal is to make sure that every patient understands their individual problem and what treatment options are available to them.”
Dr. Piper treats all conditions of the spine, and offers minimally invasive spinal surgery options. He is accepting new patients at our new St. Peters location. +
