About
Dr. Terrence Piper is a board-certified physician who has been practicing spinal care in St. Peters, MO for decades. He founded St. Peters Bone & Joint Surgery in 1980, and went on to establish Piper Spine Care in 2008 before joining Signature in 2021.
Dr. Piper's goal is to get each of his patient back to doing what they love. He prides himself on listening to each patient's individual needs. He reviews scans, procedures and test results with every patient, thoroughly discussing the problem so the patient understands his or her options and is part of the healing process.
