Signature Medical group is seeking an energetic and highly motivated candidate to represent its St. Louis orthopedic medical practices. This candidate will be responsible for promoting new patient volume through direct interaction with primary care practices as well as other referral sources. Candidate will work closely with practice management, practitioners and corporate marketing team to develop and implement growth strategies.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the medical field, orthopedics, specialist and referral process preferred
  • Vehicle – St. Louis area travel required.

Job Duties:

  • Create new and foster existing relationships with referral sources including primary care and urgent care physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and office staff
  • Organize and facilitate physician networking events (meetings, luncheons, etc.) with referring physician offices
  • Act as liaison with area chambers, organizations, and secondary referral source
  • Attend and/or work booths for various community outreach events and health, business and senior expos
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Utilized practice data to develop tiered (A, B & C accounts) call strategy
  • Perform market research and analysis to better target market certain areas/demographics
  • Monitor all online review sites for practice and physicians
  • Maintain social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest
  • Interface with third-party consultants and vendors
  • Order and keep inventory on promotional items, business cards and all other marketing material
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Update digital signage in waiting room with current information and promotions

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Territory management skills experience - preferred, but not required
  • CRM and email marketing platform experience- preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – preferred, but not required
