Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic patient Greg Hadel shares his success story after having a muscle sparing, minimally invasive hip replacement in 2012. Jeff Salin, D.O. performed the surgery. Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic patient Louise Chapman shares her success story after having a minimally invasive partial knee replacement in December of 2011. Jeff Salin, D.O. performed the surgery. Dr. Salin has performed a partial knee replacement on each of Louise's knees. He says the big difference between the two replacements was the use of a tourniquet. Dr. Salin says he's decided to do more as he did Louise's second knee and that is without the use of a tourniquet as it results in less pain and a quicker recovery.

Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic patient Leslie McMillian describes the care she received from hand and upper extremity surgeon J. Clinton Walker, M.D. after a cut on her finger became infected. "He never wanted to rush anything. We could've gone ahead and done a skin graft early on, but he was willing to be patient, as were we, in letting it heal on its own," McMillian said.

Ruth Schlappi has Multiple Sclerosis. She was experiencing a lot of pain and spasticity in her legs and back and couldn't straighten her left leg. She visited Atul T. With the use of a Baclofen Pump Ruth says she went from a 9 on a pain scale to a one. She can now walk again.
